1. Securing Your Trip

To confirm and secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required.

The remaining balance must be paid 2 months prior to your arrival

If your travel date is within 2 months, the full (100%) payment is required upfront

This allows us to:

1. Secure your hotels
2. Process your visa
3. Arrange your flights and logistics in advance

2. Choosing Your Payment Method

Once you’re ready, you may select your preferred mode of payment.

3. Hotel Reconfirmation

While you arrange your payment, our team will:

Reconfirm availability with all proposed partner hotels

Ensure everything aligns with your travel dates and preferences

We will then get back to you with final confirmations.

4. Documents Required for Visa & Flights

To proceed with your visa and flight bookings, we require the following:

a. Passport Copy (Image)

1. Must be clear and readable
2. All details should be visible
3. No fingers or obstructions covering any part of the passport

b. Recent Headshot Photo

1. White background
2. Clear and front-facing

Below is the timeline for your visa and air ticket arrangements:

1. Air Ticket Purchase Timeline

Your air tickets will be reserved in advance to secure availability. However, we proceed with ticket purchase one month prior to your travel date.

This allows flexibility to make changes without additional charges or cancellation fees. Once the tickets are issued, any changes may incur airline fees or fare differences.

Having said that, we can purchase the ticket immediately and send it over, if that’s your preference.

2. Visa Processing Timeline

Your Bhutan visa will be processed after the final payment is completed.

Visa processing typically takes 1–2 weeks, and your visa will be emailed to you approximately one month before your arrival date.

If required, we can arrange expedited visa processing within 24 hours, subject to an additional fee, charged by the Department Of Immigration.
