The best and most reliable way to process a visa (E Tourist Visa) for India is through a Government of India website https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/tvoa.html. Do note that the E Tourist Visa will costs you $100. There are many fake websites pretending to be the government site but charging additional fees.

Tour cancellation charges will be based on this notification circulated by the Tourism Council Of Bhutan (Government) to the registered Tour Operators of Bhutan. This notification supersedes the notification no. TCB/SD-FOREX/32/2019-2020/ dated 18/03/20 on the same subject.

The new Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of US$ 200 per person per night only covers the royalty for visa. This means a travelers will pay US$200 per night as SDF/royalty and pay additional for the actual travel cost; such as government approved hotels, vehicle, guide fee and meals.
